As a result of a comprehensive transformation and efficiency program, ቪሌሮይ & Boch expects to lay off 200 employees worldwide. The company employs around 7,500 people worldwide, of whom around 1,900 work in Saar, ጀርመን, and half of the redundancies will take place in Germany, most of them in Mettlach, ጀርመን.
