El gegant suec de millores per a la llar BHG adquireix HYMA
Swedish home improvement e-commerce group BHG Group AB said on Wednesday evening that they had agreed to acquire HYMA Skog & Tradgard AB for SEK 1.6 mil milions ($193.6 milions). A further SEK 500 million will be paid in 2022. The initial consideration will be paid upon completion of the transaction, which is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2021. HYMA’s sales for the financial year 2020 augmentat per 28 percent compared to the previous year to SEK 744 million and its Ebita margin was just over 7 per cent.
Guiraud SA, A Subsidiary Of The German GC Construction Group BHG
After the acquisition of the French century-old brand Nicodeme in April, the German GC-Gruppe subsidiary Pompac Développement has acquired the French HVAC sanitary ware trading company Guiraud SA. Guiraud SA will have a turnover of approximately 29 milions d'euros en 2019. This acquisition follows the completion of the Nicdème acquisition, a few weeks after the German parent company GC-Gruppe took over Facq, another family-owned company in Belgium. Roca Acquires Water Tank Manufacturer SANIT
Encès 7 June local time, Aliaxis Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of plastic fluids, announced on its website that it had agreed to sell its subsidiary SANIT to Roca of Spain, a company specializing in wall-mounted systems including in-wall water tanks. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021. The amount of the acquisition is unknown and the acquisition is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory and antitrust authorities.
Kohler Sells Jacob Delafon’s French Plant
The French Kramer Group announced on 4 June that they have formally acquired Jacob Delafon’s sanitary ceramics plant in Damparis, França, from the Kohler Group. Segons el mitjà francès Zepros News, Kramer Group from the Kohler Group to buy Jacob Delafon’s Damparis sanitary ceramics factory total investment is estimated at nearly 5 milions d'euros.
