On March 21, Brazilian bathroom giant Acqua Brasil announced an investment of R$163 million (txog RMB 218 lab) to build a new factory in the southern state of Minas Gerais. The factory will have a floor area of 45,000 square meters and construction will begin within three months in an industrial park in the town. The plant is expected to start operations in the third quarter of 2023. According to Rodrigo Ramos de Lima, founding partner and operations director of Acqua Brasil, the plant will reach full capacity in 2027, when it will have a total capacity of 140,000 tej daim.
