Swedish home improvement e-commerce group BHG Group AB said on Wednesday evening that they had agreed to acquire HYMA Skog & Tradgard AB for SEK 1.6 miliardi ($193.6 milioni). A further SEK 500 million will be paid in 2022. The initial consideration will be paid upon completion of the transaction, which is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2021. HYMA’s sales for the financial year 2020 aumentato da 28 percent compared to the previous year to SEK 744 million and its Ebita margin was just over 7 per cento.

Guiraud SA will have a turnover of approximately 29 milioni di euro in 2019. The French Kramer Group announced on 4 June that they have formally acquired Jacob Delafon’s sanitary ceramics plant in Damparis, Francia, from the Kohler Group.
