Anak syarikat Roca Group memperoleh Syarikat Perkakasan Romania: 11 juta euro

Romanian building materials holding ROCA Industry, a subsidiary of Roca Group, said on Monday it had acquired local wire products maker Dial for more than 11 juta euro ($10.73 juta).

The deal could add as much as 3 juta euro, depending on certain performance indicators, ROCA Industry said in a press release.

Earlier this month, ROCA Industry announced the merger by absorbing subsidiaries Sarcom and Colorock13.

Dial was established in 1994 in Harsova in Eastern Romania and produces 15,000 tons of wire per year. Dalam 2021, the company will have a net profit of 1.71 juta euro ($1.67 juta) and employ 75 orang ramai, according to the country’s finance ministry.
