Roca Group subsidiary acquires Romanian hardware company: 11 lab euros

Romanian building materials holding ROCA Industry, a subsidiary of Roca Group, said on Monday it had acquired local wire products maker Dial for more than 11 lab euros ($10.73 tsheej lab).
