Starnes, 30, of Anchorage, was arrested for third-degree and fourth-degree misconduct involving a weapon and a parole violation and was taken to Wildwood Pretrial.

Onsdag Aug. 11 på 4:04 kl., Kenai police contacted a suspicious car situated close to a neighborhood constructing on Peninsula Avenue in Kenai. After investigation, Catherine V.
