Romanian building materials holding ROCA Industry, a subsidiary of Roca Group, said on Monday it had acquired local wire products maker Dial for more than 11 ملين يورو ($10.73 ملين).

The deal could add as much as 3 ملين يورو, depending on certain performance indicators, ROCA Industry said in a press release.

Earlier this month, ROCA Industry announced the merger by absorbing subsidiaries Sarcom and Colorock13.

Dial was established in 1994 in Harsova in Eastern Romania and produces 15,000 tons of wire per year. ۾ 2021, the company will have a net profit of 1.71 ملين يورو ($1.67 ملين) and employ 75 ماڻهو, according to the country’s finance ministry.
