3.Zinc alloy: low-grade material, the density of zinc alloy is smaller than that of copper, and the tap of the copper material is not heavy. From the inner wall, the surface of the zinc alloy is easily oxidized, and white oxidized powder appears on the surface.
The strength is much worse than copper, the service life is not long, and the lead content is high. If the faucet made of zinc alloy is only one to two years, it will oxidize and rot.
Nowadays, zinc alloy is mainly used for the manufacture of faucets. It is die-casted from zinc alloy and then chrome-plated. Most of the faucet handles on the market are zinc alloy.
