3.What’s your main products？

Bathroom faucets,vòi bếp,shower mixer and bathtub mixer,shower column set,bathroom accessories and shower fixtures…etc

4.Can you offer a catalogue？

Đúng,our E-catalogue can be sent for your reference.

5.Làm thế nào về bảo hành sản phẩm của bạn?

5 năm cho hộp mực và 2 năm cho bề mặt.

6.Do you have any certifications？

CN,CUPC,low-lead,NSF,ISO9001…vân vân

7.Do you have MOQ?

We don’t have MOQ for the sample order and trail order.For normal order,if the products are not customized,the MOQ will be 50pcs/item.

 

8.How can I get samples?

Samples are available to be sent on request,but we will charge you freight cost and sample cost.

9.How long is your production time?

It depends on the quantity of your order. Thường xuyên, it takes 30-35 days after receiving deposit.

10.What’s your payment terms?

T/T（30%for deposit,the balance 70% to be paid before delivery）,alibaba assurance order,Công Đoàn Phương Tây, Paypal,L/C at sight…etc

By express（DHL，UPS，Fedex）by air,by sea…etc
