Mr. Kitchen and Bath Kitchen and Bath Headlines
On July 31, 2020, the State Administration of Market Supervision released an announcement on its website stating that in order to further standardize the national supervision and sampling of product quality and create an open, transparent, fair and impartial regulatory environment, in accordance with the Interim Measures for Product Quality Supervision and Sampling Management, the General Administration of Market Supervision has prepared the Implementation Rules for the National Supervision and Sampling of 131 Product Qualities, which are hereby released. Local supervisory and sampling work can refer to the implementation.
The “131 Product Quality State Supervision and Sampling Implementation Rules”, including intelligent toilet toilets, ceramic toilet toilets, bathroom furniture, showerheads, sanitary ware hoses, non-contact water nozzles, ceramic plate sealed water nozzles, ceramic tiles, ceramic tableware 9 major categories of ceramic sanitary product quality state supervision and sampling, involving sampling methods, test bases (test items, test methods), determination rules (based on standards, determination principles), in which the test items of related ceramic sanitary products and their corresponding test methods are particularly noteworthy.

Mr. Kitchen and Bath found that the nine major categories of ceramic sanitary products, sampling methods, determination rules (based on standards, principles of determination) is not much different.Common sampling methods are random sampling method in the sampled producers, sellers of products to be sold. Random numbers can be generated using a random number table or other methods. The number of samples, test samples and spare samples per batch varies from 1 üçün 4. For details, refer to the related regulations. Əlavə olaraq, if the explicit quality requirements of the product under inspection are lower than, include or lack the mandatory standard requirements based on the inspection items in the Rules for the Implementation of the State Supervision and Sampling Inspection of Product Quality of 131 Məhsullar, they shall be determined in accordance with the mandatory standard requirements, the explicit quality requirements of the product under inspection and the mandatory standard requirements respectively. If the quality requirements of the product being tested explicitly lacks the recommended standard requirements based on the test project in the Rules, the project is not involved in the decision. It is worth noting that the “131 products quality state supervision and sampling implementation rules” is not applicable to the intelligent toilet seat, ceramic toilet seat, bathroom furniture, shower, sanitary ware hose, non-contact water nozzle, ceramic plate seal water nozzle, ceramic tile, ceramic tableware 9 categories of ceramic bathroom product quality state supervision and sampling of all standards. The implementation of enterprise standards, group standards, local standards of the product, test items are referred to the “131 product quality of state supervision and sampling of product quality Implementation Rules”. Lakin, if the document has been dated, all subsequent amendment orders (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to the “131 products quality of state supervision and sampling of the implementation rules”. The latest versions of undated documents are also applicable to the 131 Rules for the Implementation of the State Supervision and Sampling Inspection of Product Quality.
