1.Are you factory or trading company?

We are professional manufacturer for more than 10years.

2.Where’s your factory？

No.38 Jin Long Road Jia Xin Industrial Zone,Shui Kou Town,Kai Ping City,GD,ຈີນ,about 2.5hours from Guangzhou city to our factory.

3.What’s your main products？

Bathroom faucets,faucets ເຮືອນຄົວ,shower mixer and bathtub mixer,shower column set,bathroom accessories and shower fixtures…etc

4.Can you offer a catalogue？

ແມ່ນແລ້ວ,our E-catalogue can be sent for your reference.

5.ແນວໃດກ່ຽວກັບການຮັບປະກັນຂອງຜະລິດຕະພັນຂອງທ່ານ?

5 ປີສໍາລັບ cartridge ແລະ 2 ປີສໍາລັບຫນ້າດິນ.

6.Do you have any certifications？

CE,CUPC,low-lead,NSF,ISO9001…ແລະອື່ນໆ

7.Do you have MOQ?

We don’t have MOQ for the sample order and trail order.For normal order,if the products are not customized,the MOQ will be 50pcs/item.

 

8.How can I get samples?

Samples are available to be sent on request,but we will charge you freight cost and sample cost.

9.How long is your production time?

It depends on the quantity of your order. ປົກກະຕິແລ້ວ, it takes 30-35 days after receiving deposit.

10.What’s your payment terms?

T/T（30%for deposit,the balance 70% to be paid before delivery）,alibaba assurance order,Western Union, Paypal,L/C at sight…etc

 

11.What about delivery？

By express（DHL，UPS，Fedex）by air,by sea…etc

12.Where’s your nearest loading port？

Jiangmen Port or Guangzhou Port

13.Do you accept OEM/ODM production?

ແມ່ນແລ້ວ,OEM/ODM production is acceptable for us.

14.What’s the packaging？Can be customized？

our normal packing is Kraft carton.If clients need customized packing please let us know.

 

15.Can we laser our own logo on products？

ແມ່ນແລ້ວ,it depends on clients request.

16.Can you offer the installtion sheet？

ແມ່ນແລ້ວ,some of our products have the installtion sheet.

17.Do you have any after-sale services？

ແມ່ນແລ້ວ,we have our after-sale team,which can provide good services and efficient communicattion.

 

18.What’s the reviews of your products？

ແມ່ນແລ້ວ,we offer high-end brand and Middle-end brand products to meet different clients requests.

Our factory covers an area of 4,500 ຕາແມັດ，in the line of development,design,polishing and manufacturing of all kinds of faucet products.

20.Do you have R&D department？
