British bathroom HVAC manufacturer Kartell UK Ltd has acquired Summerbridge Holdings, a bespoke home furnishings company, to expand its bathroom cabinet category for an undisclosed sum.
Summerbridge Holdings, also known as Humber Doors, has a 30-year history and is one of the industry’s leading players in the UK kitchen and bathroom custom home furnishings. It had expanded significantly six years ago, with annual sales of £7 million and more than 150 pracownicy. The company remains independently run following the completion of the acquisition.
Założona w 2008, Kartell UK Ltd is the UK’s independent and largest experiential center for radiators, electric towels and bathroom products.
Poprzednio, Kuchnia & Bath News reported that “Kartell UK Ltd has completed the multi-million-pound acquisition of Vogue UK, a manufacturer of electric towel rails”. Vogue UK has been a well-established UK towel rack and bathroom manufacturer for 30 lata, employing over 80 people and generating annual sales of over £14 million.
