Planta Ideal Standard Itália deverá ser vendida
Em novembro 2021, Cozinha & Bath News reported the closure of Padrão Ideal‘s last factory in Italy due to the de-industrialization crisis. Em fevereiro 12, Italian media reported that Italian investment bank Banca Finint led the planning and that companies and institutions such as Luigi Rossi Luciani, Bruno Zago, Leonardo Del Vecchio and Invitalia would intervene through a local guarantee fund. They are working together to launch the Italian factory of Ideal Standard and the brand “Cerâmica dolomita”, currently in crisis.
The project is a re-industrialization project for Veneto Belluno, Itália. The project has set the triple objective of preserving the factory headquarters and corporate governance in Veneto Belluno, maintaining the factory production while maximizing employment (450 pessoas) and providing security.
The operation also intends to reintroduce the “Cerâmica dolomita” brand to the market. This action aims to become once again the flag of Made in Italy and to develop a “new company that combines production activities with distinctive administrative and commercial activities, bringing additional benefits to the regional business structure.
