British bathroom ОВК manufacturer Kartell UK Ltd has acquired Summerbridge Holdings, a bespoke home furnishings company, to expand its bathroom cabinet category for an undisclosed sum.

Summerbridge Holdings, also known as Humber Doors, has a 30-year history and is one of the industry’s leading players in the UK kitchen and bathroom custom home furnishings. It had expanded significantly six years ago, with annual sales of £7 million and more than 150 сотрудники. The company remains independently run following the completion of the acquisition.
