On Aug. 1, Moen Bathroom parent company FBHS Group (Fortune Brands Home & Security Inc. NYSE:ایف بی ایچ ایس) announced that it has acquired a leading British shower products manufacturer, Aqualisa Holdings Ltd.

The company said the group completed the acquisition on July 29 for approximately $160 دس لاکھ.
